Each participant completes a Six ‘I’s® profile in advance, creating the insight base for the team-level work.
Step 2:
Build the
Team Profile
The results are combined into a Team Innovation Profile, showing where the team is strong, where strengths may be overused under pressure, and where capability gaps are across the Six ‘I’s®.
Step 3:
Turn insight into action
In a half-day facilitated team session, the profile is translated into practical agreements around priorities, roles, ownership, decision-making, and ways of working.
