Founder & Inventor of The Six ‘I’s®
Natalie Turner is a strategic innovation and leadership adviser, keynote speaker, and the inventor of The Six ‘I’s® framework. She works with senior leaders and organisations to build stronger innovation capability, sharper judgement, and the cultural conditions that support meaningful change.
Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, leadership, culture, and human behaviour. Over more than 25 years, she has advised organisations across corporate, government, and entrepreneurial settings, helping them make innovation more practical, more disciplined, and more human.
Natalie is the award-winning author of Yes, You Can Innovate and speaks internationally on innovation leadership, culture, and purpose. She is known for bringing together intellectual clarity, practical application, and a deep interest in how people and organisations grow, adapt, and create value.

Carl Hinds
Co-Founder & Finance Director
Carl Hinds is Co-Founder of The Six ‘I’s® and leads the operational and commercial infrastructure that supports the work. In close partnership with Natalie Turner, he has played a key role in building the systems, processes, and business foundations that have enabled the Six ‘I’s® to develop and grow over time.
His background spans finance, operations, and systems management, with experience across both entrepreneurial and organisational settings. Carl brings practical oversight, commercial discipline, and a strong focus on ensuring that the business is well supported behind the scenes, from internal operations to the wider platform needed for sustainable growth.
Before co-founding the business, Carl held management and project accounting roles in the arts and public sector. He continues to play an important role in shaping the operational strength and long-term development of the Six ‘I’s®.

Hany Chee
Client and Profile Support
Hany Chee works part-time with The Six ‘I’s® in Singapore, supporting the profiling side of the business and helping manage the client and practitioner experience around profile delivery. Her role includes profile-related administration, coordination, and day-to-day support across the operational side of the work.
With a background in customer service and working with people from different cultures and contexts, Hany brings care, precision, and responsiveness to her role. She plays an important part in supporting the smooth running of the profiling process and the wider operational flow of the business.
Hany has a Diploma in Marketing and Public Relations from the University of Oxford.
Dr. Bettina von Stamm

Dr Bettina von Stamm is an internationally recognised innovation thinker, speaker, and academic adviser with more than 25 years of experience in the field. As the first Certified Practitioner of The Six ‘I’s®, she has long valued the model for the way it brings together process, mindset, and purpose.
Bettina has worked widely with leaders, teams, and organisations to help them think more creatively, collaborate more effectively, and approach innovation with greater depth and clarity. Emeritus Professor KC Chan is a recognised thought leader in innovation and entrepreneurship with a career spanning academia, consulting, and corporate transformation. He has held senior academic and research roles and has worked with leaders and institutions across many countries to build innovation capability, entrepreneurial mindsets, and stronger approaches to organisational learning.
His work brings together academic insight and practical application, with a focus on innovation leadership, lean agile entrepreneurship, and action-based learning. KC is also a published author and speaker whose work has influenced leaders, universities, and organisations across Asia and beyond.

Michael Jenkins

Michael Jenkins is an internationally respected leadership thinker and adviser with extensive experience across executive education, organisational development, and human capital leadership in both the UK and Asia. David Thomas is an experienced innovation and business improvement practitioner with more than 35 years of leadership experience across Asia, including China, Singapore, and Hong Kong. His career spans commercial operations, manufacturing, services management, and organisational change, including senior regional leadership roles with Compaq, Hewlett-Packard, and Philips Electronics.
Since 2013, David has coached and facilitated innovation and business improvement work with organisations across multiple sectors, from healthcare and supply chain to retail, manufacturing, banking, and hospitality. He brings strong expertise in business dynamics, cultural diversity, and helping leaders and teams drive change, performance, and practical innovation in complex regional environments.
Dr. Khoh Soo Beng
Malaysia
Dr Khoh Soo Beng is Malaysia’s first Six ‘I’s® Certified Practitioner and an innovation consultant, trainer, and coach with more than 28 years of experience across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, IT, software engineering, and innovation management in global organisations. He has worked extensively with clients to strengthen innovation capability and apply technology in ways that create practical business value.
His expertise includes technology-enabled innovation, digitalisation, design thinking, Lean, Design for Six Sigma, and innovation systems, particularly in sectors such as healthcare, medtech, electronics, and semiconductors.
With a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a strong background in both industry and standards development, Dr Khoh brings a rigorous and applied approach to innovation in practice.

Neil Sykes
Scotland
Neil Sykes is a strategically focused business leader with more than 26 years of experience in helping organisations develop and implement effective strategies for growth, culture, and performance. Much of his career has been spent at Director level, where he has worked closely with leaders and teams to strengthen clarity, direction, and organisational success.
He brings particular expertise in human behaviour, communication, and culture, supported by extensive training in NLP as a practitioner, master practitioner, therapist, and trainer. Neil is known for combining results focus with empathy, helping organisations cut through jargon, build stronger cultures, and create environments where innovation feels human and inclusive.

Daniel Wain

Daniel Wain is an experienced learning and development consultant, coach, and trainer with a career spanning corporate leadership, consultancy, and higher education. Formerly Worldwide Director of Learning & Development at Research International, part of the WPP Group, he has worked independently since 2007 with clients across business, communication, relationship skills, and development.
His work has included global market research agencies, client-side insight teams, consultancies, and industry bodies, as well as teaching and academic roles in the UK and internationally. Daniel brings a strong blend of commercial insight, communication expertise, and learning design, along with experience as a speaker, writer, and actor.

Harvey Wade is an experienced innovation leader who helps organisations create business impact through innovation and change. With more than 15 years in formal innovation roles, he has worked across both consultancy and corporate environments to build stronger cultures of engagement, improvement, and customer-centred performance.
His career has included designing and leading employee innovation programmes at Allianz UK, advising major clients as Director of Innovation Strategy in consultancy, and serving as EMEAR Innovation Lead at Cisco’s Services Innovation Excellence Center.
