Establish the challenge

Participants complete the Six ‘I’s® Standard Report in advance, then the sponsor and facilitator agree on the challenge, decision required, constraints, and success measures.

Step 2:
Work through the options

During the Lab, the team works through the Six ‘I’s® stages in a disciplined way, building insight, shaping options, testing assumptions, and clarifying trade-offs.

Step 3:

Leave with a decision-ready plan

The output is a clear recommendation, with defined ownership, timelines, next steps, and explicit criteria for whether to proceed, pause, or stop.
