Cohort sessions and applied working labs

Participants join structured cohort sessions focused on Purpose, Identify, Ignite, and Investigate, using the Six ‘I’s® model to work on live strategic priorities and shape opportunity areas with greater discipline and clarity.

Step 3:

Cross-cohort challenge

Between and alongside cohort sessions, participants test thinking, refine opportunities, and strengthen strategic cases through challenge coaching, reflection, and application in their own organisational context.
